Check-in time: Check-in is open from 15:00 PM on your day of arrival.
Check-out time: Check out of your room by 11:00 AM on your day of departure.
Complimentary spa access: Guests have 1 or 2 hours complimentary spa access included, depending on the room type selected. This must be pre-booked in advance and used between 14:00 PM on the day of arrival and 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Additional hours can be added at £15 per person.
Family pool access: Children under 4 are not permitted to use the pool. Children between the ages of 4-16 must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times, and can only use the pool during dedicated family swim times. The pool is open to families between 7:30 - 9:00 AM and 17:00 - 18:30 PM.
Airport shuttle: The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.
Parking: The hotel has a large car park with four dual-port EV chargers.
Time of breakfast: A full English breakfast is available in The Warwick restaurant from 07:30 to 10:00 AM on weekdays, and from 08:00 to 10:30 AM on weekends and Bank Holidays.
Pets: Dogs are welcome in a limited number of dog-friendly rooms in the Manor House only for an additional charge of £25 per night. Guests are advised to contact the hotel prior to arrival to ensure a suitable room is available.

Accessibility: There are two rooms suitable for guests with disabilities. One accessible bedroom is located at Knight’s Suite, a sister hotel within the Mallory Court estate. Please note that there is no lift in the main hotel.
