1. About Suite Stay Club

What is Suite Stay Club?

Suite Stay Club is an online hotel booking platform and travel club. It is free to join, and members enjoy exclusive discounts and benefits when booking upgraded rooms at our curated selection of hotels around the world.

How is Suite Stay Club different from other travel or hotel booking sites?

We don’t feature every hotel - only those we genuinely recommend. Our curated selection ensures consistent quality, and members enjoy exclusive pricing and special benefits, as well as access to a unique credit-based loyalty program through Elevate Access.

Do I need to create an account to book?

Yes. You’ll need to sign up as a member before completing a booking. It’s quick, simple and completely free.

How do you choose your hotels?

Every hotel is selected based on quality, uniqueness, and the experience it offers. We aim to ensure every member can book with confidence knowing the hotel has been personally vetted by our team.

 

2. Membership & Elevate Access

Is Suite Stay Club free to join?

Yes - joining is free, instant and simply requires some basic details.

What are the benefits of joining?

Members enjoy access to exclusive discounts, added-value perks such as credit to spend during their stay, inspiring travel ideas, special promotions, and the option to subscribe to Elevate Access to earn 5% back as credit on every stay.

What is Elevate Access?

Elevate Access is an optional annual subscription (£99) that gives you 5% back as credit on every stay you book with us. Your credit can be used on future bookings and there’s no cap on how much you can earn.

How does Elevate Access credit work?

Your 5% credit is added to your account after you check out from your stay. Once applied, you can use it immediately towards future bookings, and there’s no limit on how often you can redeem it.

How do I become an Elevate Access subscriber?

The easiest way is to tick the Elevate Access box when completing your hotel booking at checkout. If you’d like to subscribe after your booking is made (and before your arrival date), simply email help@suitestayclub.com.

Can I upgrade after booking?

Yes. If you’d like to upgrade your stay or subscribe to Elevate Access after booking, email help@suitestayclub.com or contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll take care of it.

Does Elevate Access auto-renew?

Yes - your subscription will renew automatically after one year.

 

3. Searching & Booking

How do I search for a hotel or room?

You can explore our collections, browse by destination, check our inspiration pages or use the search bar to look up hotels or locations. If you need help, our team is available via WhatsApp.

Can I book without being a member?

No - you must be signed up to complete a booking. Membership is free and takes seconds.

Do you show prices to all users?

You’ll see standard, non-exclusive rates before signing in. Members-only discounts and exclusive offers become visible once you’ve signed up or logged in.

How do I book a room?

Choose your hotel, dates, occupancy and room type, then follow the on-screen steps to complete your booking. Bookings are confirmed instantly. If you need help, you can contact us at help@suitestayclub.com or via WhatsApp.

Can I book multiple rooms?

At the moment, multiple rooms must be booked in separate transactions.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes - you can make the booking and then request a name change by emailing help@suitestayclub.com. Please note that the email address on the booking cannot be changed.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes - your confirmation is sent immediately after your booking is completed.

 

4. Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You’ll see the full list during the final step of the booking process.

When is my balance collected?

If the rate requires full pre-payment, this will be taken at the time of booking. For other rates, your remaining balance will be collected automatically 14 days before arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by hotel and room type. The specific policy for your stay will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking through the Bookings section of My Account.

To request a change, email help@suitestayclub.com.

If your booking allows free cancellation, it may be easiest to cancel and rebook with your updated requirements.

Will I get a refund?

Suite Stay Club does not provide refunds on deposits, as these are non-refundable. However, most hotels offer flexible options with free cancellation and no deposit required.

Does Suite Stay Club charge booking fees?

No - we never charge booking fees to our members.

 

5. During & After Your Stay

Who do I contact if I need help?

You can reach us anytime at help@suitestayclub.com or via WhatsApp for quicker support.

Can Suite Stay Club arrange airport transfers or excursions?

In some cases we may be able to assist. Please contact us at help@suitestayclub.com or via WhatsApp.

How do I request rooms next to each other?

Once you’ve booked, contact us at help@suitestayclub.com or via WhatsApp and we’ll liaise with the hotel to request adjoining rooms.

How do I leave feedback?
